Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Return & Exchange Shipping

In case of return or exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee (30 SAR).

Product Condition

The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If the customer cancels the order before receiving it, payment gateway fees + delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


Return Process

For Manufacturing Defects:

The customer must contact the store within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email at info@gasofficial.com.

The store will cover all shipping costs and will replace or refund the product.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your bank account within 7 to 14 business days.

This return and exchange policy may be updated at any time by store management.

This policy is reviewed and updated every 3 months.

Exceptions to this policy may be applied based on the customer's purchase history and account standing.
